Baptism River - An excellent trout stream for Kamloop, Steelhead, Rainbow. Brook & Brown Trout. Coho, Chinook and Humpback Salmon also run in this river.

Shovel Point - A good hiking trail skirts approximately one mile of the perimeter of this scenic view of Lake Superior and the surrounding shoreline. The southwest wall is 170 feet above the lake.

Wind Cave - A unique tunnel through the rock about 8 feet wide, 16 to 18 feet high was formed by the wave action of Lake Superior. A small boat or canoe can navigate through it.

High Falls - The second highest natural waterfall in Minnesota is located 1.5 miles upstream on the Baptism River. A well-maintained trail leads to it from the Baptism River Parking Area.

Tettegouche State Park - 4,600 acres of rugged terrain, Micmac, Tettegouche, Nipisiquit and Nicado Lakes and the beautiful Baptism River all nestled in the hills of this pristine State Park.
